Genny - Gartraith Gentian Image at Gentiana
Winner of the Lancaster & District Canine Association
Veteran Dog of the Year 2011
(final held 3rd January, 2012 & title held until January, 2013)
All our dogs have the necessary health requirements and are DNA profiled
Having been brought up with Gundogs, our first Golden Retriever - Major - was a direct son of Sh Ch Jobeka Jasper of Nortonwood who came to us from Otterscroft Golden Retrievers in January, 1990.
From that day forward we have adored this wonderful, biddable, amazing breed.

Major - Otterscroft Gruinard
Our next Golden - Tara - was a niece of Major and came to us three years later from Beamsley Golden Retrievers.
The two of them were firm friends and went everywhere together.
Then....... along came Winston (Gartraith Dreamkeeper at Gentiana)

We are waiting patiently for our "after breakfast treat."
(December, 2011)
All of our dogs live with us in the house, are first and foremost our loving campanions and the puppies we breed are reared in our home.
Stud dogs are chosen very carefully to enhance our line with temperament being paramount.
All of our dogs show and over the years we have made some wonderful life-long friends.
Pedigrees of all our dogs can be viewed on Champdogs
